Learn how to easily insert wire into fabric projects, such as stuffed animals and other craft projects, using this tip from Mary Beth Temple.

Instead of sewing a channel and trying to slide wire through the channel, Mary Beth recommends using fabric-covered wire. Rather than sewing the channel first, Mary Beth advises to insert the fabric-covered wire into the item, and then sew the casing around the wire. This eliminates the difficulty of inserting wire through a channel that may curve or have sharp bends.
