If you have trouble threading your needle and you don't wanna be constantly either licking the end of the thread or licking your finger, an easy way to thread a needle is with ChapStick. You just need to take a little bit of it and put it on your index finger. Then you're just gonna take the thread and you're gonna rub it between your index finger and your thumb and kind of twist it in the direction that the thread is wrapped together. And then you can just easily thread it right through your needle.
